Since 1993 we have been engaged in the development and marketing of prestigious historic properties in exclusive locations. So we have built up years of experience and the vital expertise needed for work on historic buildings, many of them seriously neglected and run-down. Our thinking right from the start has tended to focus less on the size of the project than on the joy of reconstructing elements of our cultural heritage – many of them unique.

We concentrate our efforts exclusively on projects in populous and expanding cities (or regions), e.g. Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden and Leipzig. As well as limiting our search to demographic growth areas, we take care in particular to focus our acquisitions policy on exceptional, preferably unique, period buildings with high recognition value in their region.
The most recent examples of period properties with landmark character are Schloss Lössnitz in Radebeul, Palais Rossbach in Leipzig, and our current project, Allées des Châteaux, in the outer Berlin district of Buch.
We thus base our acquisitions policy securely on a fundamental principle of the free market economy in which we live. It says in essence that a not readily repeatable purchase opportunity involving an exclusive, well-appointed property can be expected to deliver above-average appreciation in value, and a good resale price.
We regard ourselves as a solid and reliable partner for discerning investors and prospective owner-occupiers interested in attractive premium properties that will retain their value.
